6. Refunds & Trial Period
LevelUP Trading offers a 14-day free trial for eligible Products, during which Users may access the Services without charge. At the end of the free trial period, Users will be automatically enrolled into a paid subscription unless cancelled prior to the end of the trial period.
All purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable once billing has commenced. By subscribing to the Services, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or prorated refunds will be provided for any partial subscription periods, unused time, or failure to use the Services after billing has begun.
It is the User’s responsibility to cancel their subscription prior to the end of the free trial period in order to avoid charges.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to issue refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances, but such decisions do not create an obligation to provide refunds in any future cases.
7. Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete, or current.
